Steve Bradley has been my personal trainer for over 2 years. Within that time Steve has helped me run the Bupa Great North Run, London Marathon & become a healthy size 8. Being in the entertainment industry brings the added pressure of needing to stay in control of your weight. Meeting Steve has re-educated me in terms of fitness and given me a healthy life style change. The results are a happy, healthy and more confident me.

I first started personal training due to a recurrent back problem and have now been training with Steve for over 2 years.
